Machi DojoOften our Japanese guests react so favorably to our dojo and reminisce about the "way it used to be" in Japan. Waxing nostalgic, the original Rembukan Dojo in Tokyo was colder in the winter and warmer in the summer than the area outside.

Sticking to It!Mastering classical weapons takes commitment. New members are told that it will take at least 3 years to start generating proper power in the jo. These arts, this dojo, is not a short term goal.
